Fitness Yoga is a marketing partner of Yo' Mama! in Pittsburgh. Fitness Yoga is located on the lower level of the building that houses the Center for Creative Play (where Yo' Mama! is being performed). Fitness Yoga teaches a beginner-friendly, eclectic style of hatha yoga at all levels. Drawing from many traditions, using the postures and breath, we emphasize the fitness aspects of yoga, providing you with an incredible mind/body workout.
